8:00-8:45 am
(Legs, shoulders, and core focus)

Tuesdays:
4:30-5:15 pm
(Chest, back, and core focus)

Fridays:
8:00-8:45 am
(Arms, Legs, and core focus)

Who?  All skill levels

What?  Functional strength and conditioning classes with a combination of single joint movements, functional strength, endurance, power, and flexibility.

What do you need:  Long bands with handles, mat, and glute bands required.  It is helpful to have dumbbells, a stability ball, and a kettlebell.
