What? Functional strength and conditioning classes with a combination of single joint movements, functional strength, endurance, power, and flexibility.

What do you need: Long bands with handles, mat, and glute bands required. It is helpful to have dumbbells, a stability ball, and a kettlebell.

We coach those new to the sport of bodybuilding, national level competitors, and pro level athletes. We pride ourselves on a well-rounded program that not just gets you into winning conditioning but does so in the healthiest way possible by properly supplementing, providing the right foods and the right times, addressing the mental and emotional component of the athlete, and doing a safe, effective refeed and physical recovery month.

Who is this program for?

RUNNING PROGRAM:

Training for the following races whether you are new to running, a seasoned runner, or an elite runner

*5K- The 5 KM is a great distance for runners of all levels. The event is open to recreational runners and is great for fast runners, as world records clock in at under 15 minutes. Fun and colorful 5K races are also gaining popularity. If this is your first race, start with a 5K - fun guaranteed!
