Bea has an MSc in biology, she is a CrossFit L2, USAW L1 coach, NASM certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. She is also a master obstacle course racer, her all female 3- person team got 3rd place at the 2022 Obstacle Course World Championship. Bea also loves rock climbing and everything outdoors. Although her true passion is helping fellow moms become strong, sexy and confident again!

After having her son, she did not recognize her body. From her reflection to the way she felt walking around the block, she knew she needed to find herself again. The gym became an outlet for her where she was able to rejoice in her own solitude. It gave her a piece of her identity that she hadn’t realized she’d lost. Immediately, she knew she needed to share this peace with others and make fitness something enjoyable for all that wish to move their bodies more but are seemingly too busy to do so!

Lauren helps women who have 20-60 pounds to lose and have struggled to achieve that goal and/or maintain a body that they love living in due to the challenges of playing numerous roles in life and finding the time for self-care. What she does best is help women identify their limiting habits, define what lies behind those habits, and then devise a program WITH THEM that fits into their everyday life and gets consistent results that are then maintained for a lifetime.
